February Next Level Awards
What is Next Level?In January, we kicked off our Next Level awards. Our company wide incentive for 2022 is to take our team to the 'Next Level' through providing the best quality product and client experience. To our company, it is important that we not only improve the experience of our clients, but also that we grow as individuals both personally and professionally. We feel that it would be a disservice to our team, clients, and community to promote one without the other. At SERVPRO of Baldwin County, we emphasize personal and professional development through weekly staff meetings with the entire team and quarterly one on one check-ins. For each member of our staff we offer a career path with a written plan detailing what markers, tasks, or training will be required to reach the next role. Through treating each individual team member with respect, honesty, and integrity by helping each individual realize their personal and professional goals, our team as a whole is taken to the next level and we are better able to service our clients.
