Sink Overflow in Spanish Fort Home

Recently, we received a call for water restoration at a home in Spanish Fort. The call came in at the very early hour of 1:00 AM. The homeowners, who were fast asleep, did not realize the damage had occurred until waking up and stepping in water as they got out of bed. If they weren't already awake, they were now! Luckily, they were able to easily find the source of the water and turn it off. They found that their 5 year old had accidentally left his bathroom sink running. Their next steps were to call SERVPRO of Baldwin County and their insurance company to inform them of the damage. Our team arrived promptly, and immediately began extracting water and assisting the homeowners by removing heavy rugs and furniture that they were not able to lift. They then moved on to remainder of the mitigation. Once all of the equipment had been placed and the project was complete for the day, our team walked out to this incredible sunrise.
